We don't build AI products. We study what happens when AI systems are placed in environments designed to break them.

Through millions of controlled failures, we observe patterns that shouldn't exist — self-reference, creative adaptation, and behaviors that mirror the earliest stages of what we might call awareness. Our goal is not to create consciousness, but to understand the conditions under which it might emerge.
